The difference between lithium subbattery and lithium ion battery

The advantages of lithium subcapacity batteries are that the nominal voltage can always be restored to 3.6V and the operating voltage can remain remarkably stable throughout the service life. It can be used between -60℃ and +85℃. The lithium-ion battery has the highest energy density of any primary battery: 650Wh/Kg and 1280Wh/dm3. With exceptionally low self-discharge characteristics, annual self-discharge rate is less than 2%, and its manufacturing is made of stainless steel housing and metal-glass sealed airtight welding structure, so the battery has been proven to store at room temperature for more than 10 years. Lithium sub battery is fully sealed battery. The battery cover is welded to the battery shell, the positive and negative electrodes are insulated and sealed by glass-metal sealing, and the liquid injection hole is fully sealed by steel ball welding. Does not contain mercury, cadmium, lead and other heavy metals, no environmental harm.

3.6 v lithium battery

Lithium subbatteries are disposable and not rechargeable. Lithium-ion batteries are rechargeable batteries that can be recharged over and over again. The full name of lithium subbattery is lithium thionyl chloride battery,Li-Socl2, positive terminal is thionyl chloride, open circuit voltage 3.6V, termination voltage in 2.0V.

Lithium subbattery because of its special chemical characteristics, passivation effect, its annual self-discharge current is less than 1%, storage life of more than 10 years, so it is widely used in water meters, electricity meters and gas meters as power supply.
