L&#039;\u00e9mergence des AGV a permis de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahotech.com\/fr\/produit\/3-piles-au-lithium-7-v-18650\/\">batterie au lithium<\/a> Les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 guidage automatique (AGV) ont progressivement remplac\u00e9 certaines t\u00e2ches de manutention. Le robot mobile autonome (AMR) peut adapter sa trajectoire dans cet environnement. Les batteries lithium-ion pour AGV font l&#039;objet de tests de performance et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les solutions lithium offrent la puissance et la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, la charge rapide et les capacit\u00e9s d&#039;int\u00e9gration d&#039;un syst\u00e8me d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage intelligent dont les \u00e9quipementiers ont besoin pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de conception, de performance et de productivit\u00e9 des fournisseurs et propri\u00e9taires d&#039;\u00e9quipements AGV\/AMR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9nergie alimentant les v\u00e9hicules AGV est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fournie par une batterie de 24 V ou 48 V CC. Cette batterie doit pr\u00e9senter les avantages suivants\u00a0: nombreux cycles de charge et de d\u00e9charge, faible taux d&#039;autod\u00e9charge, longue dur\u00e9e de vie, forte capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9charge profonde, rendement de charge \u00e9lev\u00e9, puissance \u00e9lev\u00e9e, forte r\u00e9sistance aux chocs et maintenance r\u00e9duite, voire inexistante. La technologie de charge d\u00e9termine les solutions techniques et \u00e9conomiques optimales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les batteries AGV, les batteries lithium-fer-phosphate et les batteries lithium-ion ternaires ont quasiment remplac\u00e9 les batteries nickel-cadmium et nickel-hydrog\u00e8ne. Cependant, notre connaissance encore limit\u00e9e des batteries lithium-ion nous emp\u00eache parfois d&#039;utiliser les bonnes pratiques. Aujourd&#039;hui, nous avons recens\u00e9 quelques erreurs de charge courantes\u00a0; apprenons-en ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mythe n\u00b0 1\u00a0: R\u00e9duire les temps de charge prolonge la dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie AGV. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les batteries AGV ont une dur\u00e9e de vie de plusieurs centaines de cycles de charge-d\u00e9charge. Un cycle de charge-d\u00e9charge d\u00e9signe ici le processus d\u2019utilisation compl\u00e8te de la batterie, suivi de sa recharge. Les batteries au lithium n\u2019ont pas d\u2019effet m\u00e9moire et peuvent \u00eatre recharg\u00e9es \u00e0 tout moment. R\u00e9duire volontairement le nombre de charges apr\u00e8s que la batterie soit compl\u00e8tement charg\u00e9e n\u2019allonge pas sa dur\u00e9e de vie, mais a au contraire un impact n\u00e9gatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mythe n\u00b0 2\u00a0: La surcharge provoque l\u2019explosion de la batterie de l\u2019AGV\u00a0; la batterie au lithium est dot\u00e9e d\u2019un circuit de protection et de divers dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, garantissant ainsi\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) En cas de charge et de d\u00e9charge excessives ou de court-circuit, couper automatiquement le circuit de la batterie\u00a0;<br>(2) Lorsque la pression interne de la batterie est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le dispositif d&#039;\u00e9chappement est d\u00e9clench\u00e9 pour d\u00e9compresser ;<br>(3) Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de la batterie est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le dispositif de protection contre la fusion \u00e0 chaud est d\u00e9clench\u00e9 pour arr\u00eater la r\u00e9action \u00e9lectrochimique de la batterie au lithium fer phosphate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, sauf en cas de probl\u00e8me de qualit\u00e9, la batterie de l&#039;AGV n&#039;explosera pas suite \u00e0 une charge prolong\u00e9e. Cependant, si la batterie est compl\u00e8tement charg\u00e9e et reste branch\u00e9e, elle conservera sa charge maximale, ce qui n&#039;entra\u00eenera pas d&#039;explosion, mais acc\u00e9l\u00e9rera sa d\u00e9gradation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mythe n\u00b0\u00a03\u00a0: Les batteries des diff\u00e9rents AGV n\u00e9cessitent des m\u00e9thodes de charge diff\u00e9rentes et il est imp\u00e9ratif de suivre scrupuleusement le mode d\u2019emploi.
