Il d\u00e9veloppe une solution d&#039;alimentation double compos\u00e9e de panneaux photovolta\u00efques ER14250 (1400 mAh) + HPC1520+, offrant une fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une longue dur\u00e9e de vie et une puissance de sortie \u00e9lev\u00e9e, en s&#039;appuyant sur les caract\u00e9ristiques d&#039;application pratique de l&#039;OBU et sur les avantages et inconv\u00e9nients de la demande \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Aper\u00e7u de l&#039;ETC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le syst\u00e8me de t\u00e9l\u00e9p\u00e9age est le syst\u00e8me de t\u00e9l\u00e9p\u00e9age routier le plus avanc\u00e9 au monde. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la communication micro-ondes courte port\u00e9e entre l&#039;\u00e9tiquette \u00e9lectronique OBU install\u00e9e sur le pare-brise du v\u00e9hicule et l&#039;antenne micro-ondes de la voie de p\u00e9age \u00e9lectronique (ETC) du poste de p\u00e9age, il utilise la technologie des r\u00e9seaux informatiques et le processus de r\u00e8glement bancaire en arri\u00e8re-plan, permettant ainsi au v\u00e9hicule de franchir le poste de p\u00e9age sans stationnement et de payer les frais de p\u00e9age. Analyse de la consommation d&#039;\u00e9nergie et de la dur\u00e9e de vie des OBU dans un environnement d&#039;application pratique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les caract\u00e9ristiques de l&#039;alimentation des OBU d&#039;ETC, elle doit non seulement r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de d\u00e9charge dans des conditions climatiques extr\u00eames, telles que l&#039;hiver (-40 \u00b0C) dans le nord-est de la Chine, l&#039;\u00e9t\u00e9 (+85 \u00b0C) dans le sud-ouest et une humidit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e (85%RH) sur les c\u00f4tes du sud-est, mais aussi aux exigences de long\u00e9vit\u00e9, de fiabilit\u00e9, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de protection de l&#039;environnement. De plus, elle n\u00e9cessite une forte impulsion de courant instantan\u00e9e. En moyenne, la grande majorit\u00e9 des OBU sur le march\u00e9 chinois actuel sont \u00e9chang\u00e9s moins de 10 fois, voire moins d&#039;une fois par jour. D&#039;apr\u00e8s les donn\u00e9es de consommation \u00e9lectrique mesur\u00e9es en laboratoire, une alimentation d&#039;une capacit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1\u00a0000 mAh peut th\u00e9oriquement atteindre 20\u00a0000 transactions et une dur\u00e9e de vie de plus de 5 ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">III. Comparaison des solutions d&#039;alimentation des OBU<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 Batteries rechargeables + batteries photovolta\u00efques<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils pr\u00e9sentent des caract\u00e9ristiques de faible co\u00fbt mat\u00e9riel, de courant de d\u00e9charge \u00e9lev\u00e9, de taux d&#039;autod\u00e9charge \u00e9lev\u00e9, de plage \u00e9troite de temp\u00e9rature applicable, de faible r\u00e9tention de capacit\u00e9, de circuits de gestion de l&#039;alimentation complexes, de batteries solaires + puce de conversion de tension, d&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de conversion \u00e9lev\u00e9e, de bonnes performances de stabilisation de tension, de prix \u00e9lev\u00e9 de la puce de conversion de tension, d&#039;interf\u00e9rence avec les lignes \u00e9lectriques OBU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2 Batteries photovolta\u00efques ER14250+HPC1520+(comme indiqu\u00e9 sur la figure) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elles se caract\u00e9risent par une grande fiabilit\u00e9, une large plage de temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement, un faible taux d&#039;autod\u00e9charge et une capacit\u00e9 de sortie limit\u00e9e pour les fortes impulsions de courant. Afin de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de fiabilit\u00e9 de l&#039;alimentation des OBU et d&#039;adaptabilit\u00e9 environnementale des syst\u00e8mes de transport intelligents ETC, Shenzhen Langsheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. a con\u00e7u et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une alimentation composite combinant une batterie lithium-chlorure de thionyle ER14250 (capacit\u00e9 1400 mAh) \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique comme alimentation de secours et un condensateur de batterie HPC1520 \u00e0 haute puissance, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la solution d&#039;alimentation double pour capteurs de temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure, appliqu\u00e9e depuis cinq ans. Cette alimentation composite se caract\u00e9rise par une longue dur\u00e9e de vie, une puissance de sortie \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et une fiabilit\u00e9 optimales, ainsi qu&#039;un fonctionnement sur une large plage de temp\u00e9ratures, particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e aux environnements ext\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 basses et hautes temp\u00e9ratures. Elle offre \u00e9galement la puissance de sortie \u00e9lev\u00e9e du condensateur de batterie HPC, ainsi que la fiabilit\u00e9 et la longue dur\u00e9e de vie de la batterie lithium-chlorure de thionyle ER. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la HPC1520 est charg\u00e9e par batterie photovolta\u00efque. Lorsqu&#039;une impulsion de courant importante est n\u00e9cessaire, l&#039;alimentation est fournie directement par le condensateur de la batterie du HPC. En revanche, lorsque le syst\u00e8me photovolta\u00efque est hors service, la batterie lithium-chlorure de thionyle charge le HPC avec un faible courant, ce qui permet de lib\u00e9rer pleinement sa capacit\u00e9 sous un faible courant et d&#039;en optimiser l&#039;utilisation. Suivi de l&#039;\u00e9valuation de la fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1 Test de fiabilit\u00e9 des performances<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capacit\u00e9 d&#039;une alimentation composite \u00e0 fournir une puissance de sortie stable tout au long de la dur\u00e9e de vie de l&#039;OBU est un enjeu crucial pour les applications pratiques. Le HPC1520, utilis\u00e9 depuis cinq ans dans l&#039;OBU embarqu\u00e9 d&#039;un syst\u00e8me ETC commercialis\u00e9, a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 avec une batterie neuve\u00a0: -10\u00a0\u00b0C, 800\u00a0mA, 10\u00a0ms\/1\u00a0min. Les performances du HPC1520 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9es \u00e0 celles du HPC1520. Apr\u00e8s cinq ans de fonctionnement \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature (-10\u00a0\u00b0C), le HPC1520 pr\u00e9sente une tension de charge de 800\u00a0mA l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la nouvelle tension de charge (0,1\u00a0V). Il conserve n\u00e9anmoins sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir une d\u00e9charge puls\u00e9e de courant important en pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2 Test de fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;unit\u00e9 embarqu\u00e9e (OBU) install\u00e9e sur le pare-brise du v\u00e9hicule est expos\u00e9e \u00e0 un environnement ext\u00e9rieur clos pendant une longue p\u00e9riode. Afin de mieux \u00e9valuer la fiabilit\u00e9 des performances de l&#039;alimentation composite dans de telles conditions d&#039;utilisation, il est n\u00e9cessaire de placer la batterie dans une v\u00e9randa vitr\u00e9e afin de r\u00e9aliser un essai d&#039;insolation simulant les conditions de fonctionnement r\u00e9elles et de suivre l&#039;\u00e9volution de ses performances dans ces conditions de stockage. Gr\u00e2ce au suivi \u00e0 long terme de l&#039;essai d&#039;insolation, la tension \u00e0 vide et la tension de charge de l&#039;alimentation composite restent stables. De plus, aucune batterie ne tombe en panne, ce qui permet de maintenir une fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e selon les donn\u00e9es de stockage r\u00e9elles actuelles de 450 jours. La formule d&#039;Arrhenius montre que la constante de vitesse de r\u00e9action est exponentiellement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature, ce qui signifie que la vitesse de r\u00e9action chimique augmente de 2 \u00e0 4 fois pour chaque augmentation de temp\u00e9rature de 10 degr\u00e9s, et que 200 jours de stockage \u00e0 60 \u00b0C \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 10 ans de stockage \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Gr\u00e2ce au suivi \u00e0 long terme de l&#039;exp\u00e9rience de stockage \u00e0 60 \u00b0C, la tension \u00e0 vide et la tension de charge de l&#039;alimentation composite restent stables. De plus, les donn\u00e9es actuelles sur 300 jours (\u00e9quivalent \u00e0 15 ans de stockage \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante) montrent qu&#039;aucune d\u00e9faillance de la batterie n&#039;est \u00e0 d\u00e9plorer, ce qui permet une capacit\u00e9 de sortie de courant tr\u00e8s stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2164. R\u00e9sum\u00e9 de la demande<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La solution d&#039;alimentation composite \u00e0 double alimentation ER14250 + HPC1520 + batteries photovolta\u00efques se distingue par son \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 totale, sa large plage de temp\u00e9ratures, son faible taux d&#039;autod\u00e9charge, sa longue dur\u00e9e de vie, sa grande fiabilit\u00e9, sa l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et sa conception s\u00fbre.
