										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Enamik IoT lahendusi kavandatakse kontorites, testitakse laborites ja seejärel saadetakse reaalsesse maailma – kus temperatuur võib langeda palju madalamale temperatuurist, mida tavaline aku kunagi taluda võiks. Siberis külmunud tee alla maetud nutikas veearvesti, arktiliste tuulte käes kannatav gaasitorustiku andur, Põhja-Kanadas hundil olev metsloomade jälgimise kaelarihm: neil seadmetel on üks halastamatu nõue. Nende aku peab töötama tõrgeteta aastaid – tingimustes, mis tapaksid tarbijaelemendi päevadega.</p>



<p>Külma ilmaga IoT juurutamiseks vale akukeemia valimine ei lühenda mitte ainult aku tööiga, vaid põhjustab ka seadmete vaikse võrguühenduse katkemise täpselt siis, kui neid kõige rohkem vajatakse. See juhend hõlmab kõike, mida insenerid, tootearendajad ja süsteemiintegraatorid peavad teadma IoT akude valimise, suuruse määramise ja juurutamise kohta äärmuslikult külmades keskkondades.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Miks külm ilm on tavalistele akudele laastav?</h2>



<p>Patareid toodavad elektrit elektrokeemiliste reaktsioonide kaudu – ja need reaktsioonid aeglustuvad temperatuuri langedes dramaatiliselt. Füüsika on lihtne: madalamad temperatuurid vähendavad ioonide liikuvust elektrolüüdis, suurendavad sisemist takistust ja aeglustavad kineetikat elektroodide pindadel. Praktiline tulemus on see, et aku, mis saavutab oma täieliku nimimahutavuse temperatuuril 25 °C, võib -20 °C juures anda sellest mahutavusest vaid 50–70% ja -40 °C juures vaid 20–40%.</p>



<p>Fikseeritud akueelarvega töötavate IoT-seadmete puhul – kus kogu süsteem on projekteeritud 5- või 10-aastase energiavaru ümber – võib isegi 30% külma ilmaga seotud mahutavuse vähendamine lühendada seadme eluiga aastate võrra. Veelgi hullem on see, et külma ilmaga kaasnev pingelangus võib põhjustada mikrokontrollerite ja raadiomoodulite lähtestamise, tekitades vaikseid andmelünki, mida ei pruugita avastada enne seadme füüsilist kontrollimist.</p>

<p>Ülaltoodud numbrid teevad valiku selgeks mis tahes juurutamiseks temperatuuril alla −20 °C: liitiumtionüülkloriid (Li-SOCl₂) on ainus keemiline ühend, millel on tõsiste tööstuslike IoT-rakenduste jaoks vajalik külma ilma vastupidavus, säilivusaeg ja energiatihedus.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Kuldstandard: Li-SOCl₂ akud külma ilma asjade interneti jaoks</h2>



<p>Liitiumtionüülkloriidi akud töötavad usaldusväärselt alates <strong>−60 °C kuni +85 °C</strong> – vahemik, millega ükski teine laialdaselt saadaval olev akude keemia ei suuda võistelda. Nende veevaba (veevaba) elektrolüüt ei külmu, liitiummetallanood säilitab reaktsioonivõime äärmiselt madalatel temperatuuridel ja isetühjenemise kiirus alla 1% aastas tähendab, et külmunud tundra seirejaamas paigaldatud seade võib ühe elemendiga töötada 10–15 aastat.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Passiveerimise väljakutse</h3>



<p>Li-SOCl₂ elementidel on üks tuntud omadus, mida insenerid peavad külma ilma konstruktsioonides arvestama: <strong>passiveerimine</strong>. Kui elementi hoiustatakse või see seisab jõude, moodustub anoodi pinnale õhuke liitiumkloriidi kiht. See kiht vastutab keemilise aine erakordse säilivusaja eest – see hoiab ära isetühjenemise –, kuid põhjustab ka lühiajalise pingelanguse, kui element pärast teatud aja möödumist koormusega ühendatakse.</p>



<p>Külmades temperatuurides on passiveerimine märgatavam. Element, mida hoitakse temperatuuril –40 °C ja millele seejärel koheselt antakse ülesanne anda kõrge impulssvoolu – näiteks mobiilside andmepaketi edastamiseks –, võib sekundi murdosa jooksul langeda alla ühendatud elektroonika tööpinge. See võib põhjustada seadme lähtestamise või edastuse ebaõnnestumise.</p>



<p>Lahendus on <strong>Hübriidpulsskondensaator (HPC)</strong> – ja see on viimase kümnendi kõige olulisem innovatsioon külma ilmaga IoT-toitelahenduste valdkonnas.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">HPC lahendus: hübriidsed impulsskondensaator-akusüsteemid</h2>



<p>Hübriidne impulsskondensaator ühendab Li-SOCl₂ primaarelemendi suure mahtuvusega superkondensaatoriga (elektriline kahekihiline kondensaator) ühes integreeritud pakendis. Need kaks komponenti jagavad vastutuse viisil, mis kõrvaldab kummagi nõrkused:</p>

<li>The <strong>Li-SOCl₂ element</strong> pakub baasenergia reservuaari — suur mahtuvus, lame pingekõver, ülimadal isetühjenemine, äärmuslik temperatuuritaluvus.</li>



<li>The <strong>superkondensaator</strong> saab hakkama kõigi suure vooluimpulsskoormustega – GPS-i tuvastamine, mobiilsideülekanne, NB-IoT või LTE-M raadiosignaalipursked, andurite näidud. See neelab ja edastab voolu palju kiiremini kui ükski akukeemia.</li>

<p>Tulemuseks on elektrisüsteem, mis ühendab Li-SOCl₂ energiatiheduse ja pikaealisuse superkondensaatori impulssvooluvõimega – ning on immuunne passiivpinge languse suhtes, kuna kondensaator reageerib koheselt, samal ajal kui aku järele jõuab.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Kuidas HPC praktikas toimib</h3>



<p>Unerežiimis (mis võib olla seadme tööea 99%) laeb Li-SOCl₂ element superkondensaatorit aeglaselt tilkhaaval. Kui seade ärkab näidu võtmiseks ja andmete edastamiseks, annab superkondensaator vajaliku löögivoolu (mobiilside puhul sageli 1–3 A 1–2 sekundi jooksul). Seejärel laeb aku kondensaatorit järgmise uneintervalli ajal vaikselt. See tsükkel võib seadme eluea jooksul korduda sadu tuhandeid kordi ilma primaarelementi kahjustamata.</p>



<p>See arhitektuur on eriti võimas külma ilmaga, kuna superkondensaatorid säilitavad madalatel temperatuuridel oma laadimisvõime palju paremini kui akud. Superkondensaator, mille temperatuur on kuni −40 °C, annab nendes tingimustes ikkagi peaaegu täisimpulssvoolu, isegi kui tavalisel akul oleks pinge säilitamisega raskusi.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Külma ilmaga IoT-akude hindamiseks vajalikud peamised spetsifikatsioonid</h2>



<p>Külma ilmaga IoT juurutamiseks aku või akusüsteemi valimisel on need kõige olulisemad spetsifikatsioonid – ja mida igaühe puhul otsida:</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Töötemperatuuri vahemik (tühjendamine)</h3>



<p>See peab katma seadme realistliku minimaalse temperatuuri – mitte ainult ümbritseva õhu temperatuuri, vaid ka paigalduskohas oleva korpuse sees oleva temperatuuri. Külmunud pinnasesse maetud seadme temperatuurid võivad erineda tuulekülmale pinnale paigaldatud seadme temperatuuridest. Projekteeri alati halvima stsenaariumi, mitte keskmise jaoks.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Mahtuvuse säilitamine madalal temperatuuril</h3>



<p>Andmelehel olev hinnang “−40 °C töövahemik” ei ole iseenesest piisav. Hea mainega tootjad avaldavad mahtuvuse vähendamise kõveraid, mis näitavad, kui suur osa nimimahutavusest on igal temperatuuril saadaval. Nõua ja kontrolli neid andmeid. Element, mis säilitab 80% mahtuvuse temperatuuril −40 °C, erineb oluliselt elemendist, mis säilitab 40% mahtuvuse.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Isetühjenemise määr</h3>



<p>5-aastase või pikema kasutuselevõtu korral moodustab aku isetühjenemine hoiustamis- ja varase kasutuselevõtuperioodi jooksul olulise osa kogu energiakulust. Eelistatakse Li-SOCl₂ elemente, mille aastane isetühjenemine on alla 1%. Mõnedel madala kvaliteediga elementidel on aastane isetühjenemine 2–3%, mis võib enne seadme täielikku kasutuselevõttu tarbida 20–30% mahtuvust.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Impulssvoolu võimekus</h3>



<p>Määrake IoT-seadme tippvoolutarve edastuse ajal. NB-IoT moodulid vajavad tavaliselt 200–500 mA tippvoolu; LTE-M ja 2G/4G mobiilsidemoodulid võivad vajada 1–3 A. Sobitage see aku või HPC-süsteemi nimiimpulsivõimega minimaalsel töötemperatuuril, mitte ainult toatemperatuuril.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Pinge stabiilsus temperatuurivahemikus</h3>



<p>Li-SOCl₂ aku säilitab suurema osa tühjenemise ajast ja kogu töötemperatuuri vahemikus lameda 3,6 V pinge. See lame kõver lihtsustab toiteploki disaini ja tagab, et pingeregulaatorid ja raadiomoodulid saavad aku eluea jooksul stabiilse toitepinge – isegi sügava külma korral.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Sertifikaadid</h3>



<p>Kommertskasutusega IoT juurutuste puhul veenduge, et elementidel on asjakohased sertifikaadid: IEC 60086-4 (primaarsed liitiumelemendid), UN 38.3 (transpordiohutus), UL ja RoHS vastavus. Külmaahela farmaatsia- või toiduohutuse rakenduste puhul võib olla vajalik täiendav vastavus regulatiivsetele nõuetele.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Külma ilmaga IoT aku valik rakenduse järgi</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Nutikas mõõtmine (gaas, vesi, küte)</h3>



<p><strong>Soovitatav:</strong> Li-SOCl₂ poolikujuline element (ER-seeria, D- või C-suuruses)<br>
Külmas kliimas kasutatavad nutikad arvestid edastavad tavaliselt väikeseid andmepakette iga paari minuti kuni tunni tagant. Voolutarve on unerežiimis mikroamprites ja edastuse ajal madalas milliamprites. Poolitüüpi ER26500 (C-suurus) või ER34615 (D-suurus) Li-SOCl₂ aku suudab neid arvesteid toita 10–20 aastat temperatuuril kuni −40 °C. Pooli konstruktsioon maksimeerib energiatihedust selle väikese energiatarbega profiili jaoks.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">GPS-varade jälgimine (konteinerid, sõidukid, metsloomad)</h3>



<p><strong>Soovitatav:</strong> Li-SOCl₂ spiraalhaavaga element + HPC või ainult spiraalhaavaga element<br>
GPS-jälgijad vajavad satelliitide tuvastamiseks ja mobiilsideülekandeks perioodilisi suure voolutugevusega impulsse. Spiraalkerega Li-SOCl₂-akud taluvad impulsskoormusi paremini kui spiraalkered ning HPC-superkondensaatoriga ühendamine välistab passiivstumisega seotud pingelangused külmkäivitusel. Arktiliste metsloomade kaelarihmade puhul on standardvarustuses ülisuured primaarpatareid, mille eeldatav kasutusiga on 2–5 aastat.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Torujuhtme ja infrastruktuuri seire</h3>



<p><strong>Soovitatav:</strong> Li-SOCl₂ pool või HPC pakk, kohandatud vormitegur<br>
Nafta- ja gaasijuhtmete kaugterminali seadmed (RTU-d) võivad edastada andurite andmeid iga mõne sekundi või minuti järel. Sõltuvalt edastussagedusest sobib kas suure mahutavusega poolpakett või HPC-süsteem. Mõned torujuhtme RTU-d kasutavad D-suuruses ER34615 elemente mitmeelemendilistes jada-/paralleelkonfiguratsioonides, et saavutada 60–100 Ah mahtuvus 5–10-aastaseks kasutuselevõtuks.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Keskkonna- ja ilmastikuolude seire</h3>



<p><strong>Soovitatav:</strong> Päikesepatarei + LiFePO4 aastaringseks laadimiseks või Li-SOCl₂ primaarpatarei kohtadesse, kus talvisel ajal pole päikeseenergiat piisavalt<br>
Päikesepaneelidega jaamad saavad suvekuudel LiFePO4 akusid laadida, pikendades seeläbi nende eluiga. Kõrgetel laiuskraadidel, kus talvel on päikeseenergia kuude kaupa minimaalne, on primaarsed Li-SOCl₂ elemendid aga usaldusväärsemad kui tühjenenud laetavad süsteemid. Hübriiddisain – päikeseenergia primaarpatarei koos Li-SOCl₂ varupatareiga – on optimaalne kriitiliste seirejaamade jaoks.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Külmaahela logistika</h3>



<p><strong>Soovitatav:</strong> Li-SOCl₂ spiraalmähis (ER14505 AA või ER26500 C-suurus)<br>
Külmkonteinerites olevad farmaatsiatoodete külmaahela jälgimisseadmed töötavad pidevalt temperatuuril −20 °C kuni −25 °C. Need peavad edastama temperatuurilogisid ja GPS-asukoha andmeid läbi konteineri seina. AA-suuruses spiraalmähisega elemendid on levinud valik nende energiatiheduse, impulssvõime ja kompaktse vormiteguri tasakaalu tõttu.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Külma ilmaga IoT aku suuruse määramine: praktiline raamistik</h2>



<p>Mahtuvuse õige arvutamine on kriitilise tähtsusega. Aku alamõõtmine annab seadmele juurutamise ajal rikke. Aku ülemõõtmine lisab ebavajalikke kulusid ja mahtu. Siin on praktiline raamistik:</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. samm: arvutage keskmine voolutarve</h3>



<p>Jaota seadme töötsükkel olekuteks: unevoolutugevus × une kestus + aktiivvoolutugevus × aktiivvoolutugevus = keskmine voolutugevus tsükli kohta. Näiteks jälgijal, mis on uneolekus 10 µA juures 3600 sekundit, seejärel ärkab ja edastab 500 mA juures 2 sekundit, on keskmine voolutugevus ligikaudu 10,28 µA tsükli kohta – seda peamiselt uneolekus.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. samm: arvutage vajalik koguenergia</h3>



<p>Korrutage keskmine voolutugevus kasutuselevõtu kestusega tundides. Lisage külma ilmaga kaasneva mahtuvuse vähendamise varu 20–30%, kasutuselevõtu ajal tekkivate isetühjenemise varu 10% ja eluea lõpu pingekatkestuskadude varu 10%. Koguvaru: 40–50% üle arvutatud miinimumi.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. samm: valige raku mahutavus ja keemiline koostis</h3>



<p>Sobitage kogu energiavajadus saadaolevate elementide mahutavusega. Li-SOCl₂ puhul on levinud suurused ER14250 (1/2 AA, 1,2 Ah), ER14505 (AA, 2,4 Ah), ER26500 (C, 9 Ah) ja ER34615 (D, 19 Ah). Kasutage ühte D-elementi või mitmeelemendilist akut, olenevalt energiavajadusest.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. samm: kontrollige impulsi võimekust</h3>



<p>Veenduge, et valitud element (või HPC-süsteem) suudab minimaalsel töötemperatuuril tagada vajaliku tippvoolu ilma vooluahela minimaalsest tööpingest madalamale langemata. Kui mitte, valige kas suurema impulssvõimsusega spiraalmähisega element või lisage HPC superkondensaator.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. samm: valideerimine reaalse testimise abil</h3>



<p>Enne tootmisse minekut testige kokkupandud seadmeid temperatuurikambris minimaalse eeldatava kasutuselevõtutemperatuuri juures. Käivitage täielikud töötsüklid – unerežiim, äratusrežiim, saatmine – ja veenduge, et pinge püsib kogu töötsükli jooksul spetsifikatsiooni piires.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Külma ilmaga asjade interneti korpuse ja termilise disaini</h2>



<p>Maailma parim aku võib ikkagi kehvasti toimida, kui korpuse disain sellele vastu töötab. Külma ilmaga IoT-korpused tuleks projekteerida järgmiste põhimõtete järgi:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Isoleerige akupesa</strong> otsese kokkupuute eest külmade pindadega, kasutades suletud pooridega vahtu (Armaflex, Ensolite või sarnane). Isegi mõnekraadine termiline puhverdamine võib oluliselt parandada külma ilmaga toimetulekut.</li>



<li><strong>Kasutage seadme enda soojust.</strong> Mikrokontroller, raadiomoodul ja isegi aku tühjenemisreaktsioon tekitavad vähesel määral soojust. Hästi isoleeritud korpus püüab selle soojuse kinni ja hoiab sisetemperatuuri ümbritsevast temperatuurist soojemana – mõnikord 5–15 °C võrra, mis võib aku jõudlust oluliselt parandada.</li>



<li><strong>Väldi materjale, mis sügavas külmas hapraks muutuvad.</strong> Standardne ABS-plastik ja paljud tihendimaterjalid purunevad mehaaniliselt temperatuuril alla −30 °C. Kasutage polükarbonaadist korpusi ja silikoontihendeid, mis on ette nähtud kogu töötemperatuuri vahemiku jaoks.</li>



<li><strong>Hermeetiline tihendus hoiab ära kondenseerumise.</strong> Termilised tsüklid (soojad päevad, külmad ööd) võivad põhjustada niiskuse sattumist ebatäiuslikult tihendatud korpustesse ja kondenseerumist elektroonikale ning aku klemmidele, põhjustades korrosiooni ja rikkeid. IP67 või IP68 tihendikaitse on minimaalne standard välistingimustes külma ilmaga kasutamiseks.</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Levinud vead külma ilmaga IoT akude disainimisel</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Testimine ainult toatemperatuuril.</strong> Laborikatsed temperatuuril 25 °C ei ütle midagi −40 °C toimivuse kohta. Lisage oma kvalifitseerimisprotsessi alati madalal temperatuuril katsetamine.</li>



<li><strong>Pulseerivate rakenduste jaoks poolikujuliste elementide kasutamine.</strong> Bobbin Li-SOCl₂ elemendid ei ole loodud tänapäevaste mobiilsete IoT-moodulite suurte impulssvoolude jaoks. Nende kasutamine ilma HPC-ta põhjustab edastuse ajal pinge kokkuvarisemise.</li>



<li><strong>Passivatsiooni ignoreerimine pärast ladustamist.</strong> Seadmetel, mis seisavad enne kasutuselevõttu 6–12 kuud laos, on passiivitud elemendid. Külma ilmaga kasutuselevõtt süvendab seda efekti. Esimese kasutuskorra passiiviga toimetulekuks tuleks konstruktsiooni lisada “moodustamispulss” või superkondensaatori puhver.</li>



<li><strong>Isetühjenemise alahindamine kogu energiaeelarves.</strong> 15-aastase paigalduse korral 1%/aasta isetühjeneva akuga kaotab enne koormuse rakendamist nimimahtuvuse 15%. Arvestage seda oma suuruse arvutamisel.</li>



<li><strong>Sertifitseerimata elementide hankimine.</strong> Li-SOCl₂ turul on võltsitud tooteid, mis ei vasta reklaamitud spetsifikatsioonidele. <p>1. Elektrokeemilise jõudluse seisukohast</p>



<p>Suure voolutugevusega liitiumakudel peaks olema kõrge tühjendusvõimsus, mida tavaliselt väljendatakse C-kiirusega, näiteks 5 °C, 25 °C või isegi kõrgem. See määrab aku stabiilsuse ja efektiivsuse suure võimsusega väljundi ajal. Seetõttu on valiku tegemisel vaja selgelt mõista rakendusseadmete konkreetseid tühjendusvoolu nõudeid.</p>



<p>2. Aku sisetakistus on üks peamisi tegureid, mis mõjutab kiiret jõudlust. </p>

Kui aku soojushaldusvõime on ebapiisav, võib see põhjustada termilist läbimurret ja isegi õnnetusi. Seetõttu on aku materjalisüsteemi valik eriti oluline. Näiteks liitiumraudfosfaadi kasutamine katoodmaterjalina võib tagada suurema termilise stabiilsuse, samas kui kolmekomponentsetel materjalidel on energiatiheduse eelis, kuid need tuleb kombineerida rangema ohutuskaitsemehhanismiga.</p>
