Las bater\u00edas de iones de litio deben pasar diversas certificaciones al ser enviadas, ya que est\u00e1n hechas de litio, un metal particularmente propenso a reacciones qu\u00edmicas, que se expande y quema f\u00e1cilmente. Hay tres requisitos b\u00e1sicos para el transporte de bater\u00edas de iones de litio<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. bater\u00edas de iones de litio <\/a>ONU38.3<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La norma UN38.3 para bater\u00edas de iones de litio es de aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1cticamente en todo el mundo y se refiere a las pruebas de seguridad y rendimiento. La secci\u00f3n 38.3 del Manual de Pruebas y Normas para el Transporte de Mercanc\u00edas Peligrosas de las Naciones Unidas, formulado especialmente por las Naciones Unidas, exige que las bater\u00edas de litio se transporten antes de superar las pruebas de simulaci\u00f3n de altura, ciclos de alta y baja temperatura, vibraci\u00f3n, impacto, cortocircuito a temperaturas superiores a 55 \u00b0C, impacto, sobrecarga y descarga forzada para garantizar la seguridad del transporte de las bater\u00edas de litio. Si las bater\u00edas de litio no se instalan junto con el equipo y cada paquete contiene m\u00e1s de 24 celdas o 12 bater\u00edas, tambi\u00e9n se debe superar la prueba de ca\u00edda libre desde 1,2 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Hoja de datos de seguridad (FDS)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La FDS (Hoja de Datos de Seguridad) es una lista de informaci\u00f3n sobre componentes qu\u00edmicos, par\u00e1metros f\u00edsicos y qu\u00edmicos, inflamabilidad, toxicidad y riesgos ambientales, proporcionada por empresas que producen o venden productos qu\u00edmicos peligrosos a sus clientes, de acuerdo con los requisitos de la normativa. Adem\u00e1s, incluye informaci\u00f3n sobre uso seguro, condiciones de almacenamiento, tratamiento de emergencia en caso de fugas, leyes y normativas de transporte, y otros 16 elementos de un documento de descripci\u00f3n completa. Para productos qu\u00edmicos transportados por aire, se requiere un informe de identificaci\u00f3n de las condiciones de transporte a\u00e9reo. Sin embargo, dado que no existe dicha identificaci\u00f3n por mar, se requiere una FDS para determinar si las bater\u00edas de litio son aptas para el transporte mar\u00edtimo y garantizar su seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Informe de identificaci\u00f3n de las condiciones del transporte a\u00e9reo<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El informe final de identificaci\u00f3n de transporte a\u00e9reo de productos relevantes con bater\u00edas de litio originarios de China (excepto Hong Kong) debe ser examinado y emitido por una agencia de identificaci\u00f3n de mercanc\u00edas peligrosas autorizada directamente por la CAAC. El contenido principal del informe generalmente incluye: el nombre de las mercanc\u00edas y su identificaci\u00f3n empresarial, las principales caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas y qu\u00edmicas, las caracter\u00edsticas peligrosas de las mercanc\u00edas a transportar, las leyes y reglamentos en los que se basa la identificaci\u00f3n, los m\u00e9todos de tratamiento de emergencia, etc. El objetivo es proporcionar a las unidades de transporte informaci\u00f3n directamente relacionada con la seguridad del transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
