AGV-batterier er selvstyrende k\u00f8ret\u00f8jsbatterier. F\u00f8r logistikh\u00e5ndteringen er ren manuel h\u00e5ndtering eller manuel betjening af maskinh\u00e5ndtering, fremkomsten af AGV litiumbatteri<\/a> bil, begyndte gradvist at erstatte kanten af noget h\u00e5ndtering. De skal have fordelene ved mange opladnings- og afladningscyklusser, lav selvafladningshastighed, lang levetid, st\u00e6rk dyb afladningsevne, h\u00f8j opladningseffektivitet, st\u00e6rk effekt, st\u00e6rk seismisk evne, lav vedligeholdelse eller vedligeholdelsesfrihed. I \u00f8jeblikket er AGV-bilers lithium-ion-batterier nyttige til... lithium-jernfosfatbatteri<\/a> og tre litiumbatterier<\/a> to kategorier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det optimale AGV-batteri afh\u00e6nger af det valgte lithium-batteriopladningssystem. Opladningsteknologi definerer optimale tekniske og \u00f8konomiske l\u00f8sninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AGV-batterier, lithiumjernfosfatbatterier og tern\u00e6re lithiumbatterier har n\u00e6sten fuldst\u00e6ndigt erstattet nikkel-cadmium-batterier og nikkel-hydrogen-batterier tidligere. Men fordi vi ikke ved meget om lithiumbatterier, sidder vi m\u00e5ske stadig fast i fortiden. I dag har vi samlet et par opladningsfejl, lad os l\u00e6re dem sammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Myte 1: Reduceret opladningstid kan forl\u00e6nge AGV-batteriets levetid; AGV-batterier har typisk en levetid p\u00e5 flere hundrede opladnings- og afladningscyklusser. Opladnings- og afladningscyklussen refererer her til processen med at bruge batteriet op og derefter genoplade det. Litiumbatterier har ingen hukommelseseffekt og kan oplades n\u00e5r som helst for at reducere antallet af opladninger, der bevidst bruges op, efter at batteriet er fuldt opladet. Dette forl\u00e6nger ikke batteriets levetid, men har en negativ indvirkning p\u00e5 batteriets levetid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Myte 2: Overopladning vil for\u00e5rsage AGV-batterieksplosion; Litiumbatterier har sikkerhedsbeskyttelseskredsl\u00f8b og en r\u00e6kke sikkerhedsanordninger, s\u00e5 de kan sikre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1) Ved overdreven opladning og afladning eller kortslutning afbrydes batterikredsl\u00f8bet automatisk;
(2) N\u00e5r batteriets indre tryk er for h\u00f8jt, udl\u00f8ses udst\u00f8dningsanordningen til at dekomprimere;
(3) N\u00e5r batteritemperaturen er for h\u00f8j, udl\u00f8ses hot melt-beskyttelsesenheden for at stoppe den elektrokemiske reaktion i lithium-jernfosfatbatteriet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e5 medmindre der er et kvalitetsproblem, vil AGV-batteriet ikke eksplodere p\u00e5 grund af lang opladningstid. Men hvis batteriet er fuldt opladet og ikke frakoblet, vil batteriet forblive fuldt opladet, hvilket ikke vil eksplodere, men vil accelerere batteritabet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Myte 3: Forskellige AGV-batteriprodukter kr\u00e6ver forskellige opladningsm\u00e5der og skal n\u00f8je f\u00f8lge produktvejledningen for brug. Nikkel-cadmium- og nikkel-metalhydrid-batterier kr\u00e6vede tidligere lignende "aktivering", men i nutidens lithium-ion-batterier er initialiseringsprocessen allerede afsluttet p\u00e5 fremstillingstidspunktet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
